Lee was great! He worked very efficiently and unfortunately had to make several trips to the hardware store to get different parts, but did so quickly and kindly. I do think he could have cleaned up a little better (we still have some leftover paint/glue spots on our sink) but overall the quality is great and we are happy with the outcome! Thanks Lee!

Lee is one of the best, most reliable and trustworthy people I’ve worked with. He solved a very difficult basement leak issue in my 100 year old home on a steep hill, due to the heavy winter rains. I was so frustrated by my issue because nobody could find the cause. I called 3 or 4 different companies: some were trying to sell expensive sump pumps or foundation replacement services, or they wanted to just seal the area and put a “bandaid” on the issue instead of redirecting the water. Lee was punctual and spent a lot of time inspecting the area and walking around the property. He was not afraid to get his hands wet and carefully inspected our drainage. He was the ONLY person to get to the root of the issue: our French drain was draining water under a concrete staircase. On Lee’s first visit he even got a ladder and hose to reproduce EXACTLY where the leak happened! He did a fantastic multi-day job excavating, extending the pipe, and putting everything back in place to look nice. I would hire Lee again for so many jobs. I trust him very much.

First,we trouble shoot or give a detail descriptions of maintenance issues, come up with solution (detail descriptions). Once the first step is done an estimate is proposed along with a convenience time to service.
