Hava was able to package her deep knowledge of psychology(motivation, inspiration, tangible ideas for more success and fulfillment in creativity and joy) while improving efficiency. I found I was experiencing less stress and more satisfaction in performing my work in international business.
Hava provided me with a behavioral assessment called DISC/Motivators and that opened everything up for me. Her interpretation of the report was an insightful experience which gave me the direction I needed in my career. She provided useful tools so I could better understand myself and how others see me. Hava showed me my areas of strength and areas I need to improve and why I have conflicts with certain people.
