- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly rates for all Divorce and Family law matters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every Client is important to me and matters. I take time by phone to listen to your situation and offer my plan to help. I then email a retainer agreement with a payment link to pay the retainer fee to begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years experience as a lawyer practicing Divorce, Family law and Criminal justice. Prior to that I spent three years going to law school. I completed 25 hours of MCLE earlier in 2026. I completed 25 hours of study every three years. I do an average of 8 hours continuing legal education every year, since I began as a lawyer, which is more than 240 hours. I have taken an additional 8 hours of Juvenile Dependency Court California Rule of Court 5.660 (d)(3) training.
