I recently reached out to Brad regarding my divorce and custody issues. He responded right away and spoke with me about my specific situation in great detail. He looked over my judgement and based on that and what I conveyed to him, gave me options about how to proceed that were clear, helpful and realistic.
I have had a few different attorneys and I have to say, Brad is the first one who actually listened to what I had to say without making me feel I was a burden or that my issues weren't important. He empathized and gave me extremely helpful advice based on his years of professional experience and his own personal experience.
I know that may not seem like such a big deal but it truly made a massive difference. Divorce and custody battles are miserable and stressful, so having an attorney that actually cares and is with you in the process is one of the most important things. I cannot recommend Brad enough.

Mr. Sandler was very quick to personally respond to my inquiry and request. He took the time to speak to me on a Sunday and offer good advice before retention. I felt comfortable and confident upon retaining Mr. Sandler. His rate was very fair and competitive for a personal lawyer. Bradley S. Sandler made a quick response when I contacted him in need of a lawyer. We needed a lawyer that was caring and could take the time to answer all our questions in a short notice for an upcoming court date. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly rates for all Divorce and Family law matters.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every Client is important to me and matters. I take time by phone to listen to your situation and offer my plan to help. I then email a retainer agreement with a payment link to pay the retainer fee to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years experience as a lawyer practicing Divorce, Family law and Criminal justice. Prior to that I spent three years going to law school.
I completed 25 hours of MCLE earlier in 2026. I completed 25 hours of study every three years.
I do an average of 8 hours continuing legal education every year, since I began as a lawyer, which is more than 240 hours.
I have taken an additional 8 hours of Juvenile Dependency Court California Rule of Court 5.660 (d)(3) training.
