We worked with Michael and his team on a full house renovation. 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, new windows and doors throughout and the experience was extraordinary from the very beginning.
What stood out is that they were involved early, back when we were still in the process of buying the house. Having their eyes on it before we closed changed how we approached the whole project.
Working with their designer was a highlight. The scope breakdown they prepared was detailed and section-by-section, so we knew exactly what we were getting and what it cost before anything started. We ended up with almost no change orders across the entire project, which anyone who has renovated knows is rare.
Everything was on point. Clear communication, no surprises, and a team that clearly cared about getting it right. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with VulcanBuild for a significant home addition and renovation, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. We added two rooms and two bathrooms, totaling about 1,000 square feet, and renovated the entire front of the house. To add to that, we added a wine cellar accent wall - which is an actual work of art. I worked directly with Michael, who is simply a gem of a human being. As someone with extremely high expectations and a keen eye for detail when it comes to construction, I was thoroughly impressed with how smoothly everything went.
Michael ensured that every aspect of the project was handled with the utmost care and precision. Today, I have a beautiful home, all thanks to his dedication and expertise. My husband and I hired Michael to do a total, stripped-to-the-studs, remodel of a beautiful but neglected Spanish Colonial.
From the first meeting through the completion of the project, Michael demonstrated unparalleled excellence. The client service he provided was flawless, his attention to aesthetic detail was precise and refined, and his technical execution of the project was expert. This resulted in a stress free remodel experience for us (an unheard of thing), and a transformational result for our home.
