Work with someone who genuinely cares about your case and isnt money hungry. Some attorneys will low ball your case and hand it off to a paralegal and others will throw together a sloppy petition. Make sure you have a good connection with your attorney and your trust him/her wholeheartedly. If they dont care about your case, its not worth the money.
