Michael and his partner were INCREDIBLE. I had just had spine surgery and purchased a new (used) couch much more comfortable than my current one and I was unable to move any furniture and they were a godsend. They arrived at the pick up address fully ready and I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing, they had blankets and straps and all the necessary supplies to make moving a sectional couch as seamless as possible. I also really appreciated them being able to help remove my old sectional sofa and putting it in the basement of my apartment tower for disposal, especially since I didn’t realize one piece wouldn’t fit in the elevator and they’d have to use the stairs ! (Thankfully I only live on the second floor, but still.) They really went above and beyond. The new sectional was also a tight fit and they ended up using the stairs for that as well—that’s some HARD WORK. As you can see in the photo, my cats instantly approved of the new couch. It looks great in the space and we finally have enough seating for everyone ! I am beyond grateful and thrilled with their service and highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them again for any of my furniture moving needs. Thanks again !

I was in a bind and needed some junk removed ASAP. I contacted this service in the afternoon, not expecting much since it was so last minute. To my surprise, they were incredibly attentive and were able to schedule the removal for late that same night, exactly as I needed! They showed up on time, were very efficient in resolving my junk issue, and even documented the process, which I really appreciated. Great work all around – I highly recommend their prompt and reliable service!

They were great. The movers I had lined up, bailed on me last minute and I flew down from San Francisco just to move my stuff from LA back to SF, so I only was there for one day. I called 15 different moving companies, I was either going to have to spend $500, wait another day, or do it all myself. Michael and Justin called me back within five minutes of sending out my request to thumbtack, said they could arrive in a half an hour, and charge me very fair rate. They listen to all my instructions, were very professional, polite, and respectful of my things, and did an excellent job. at that point, I was just trying to salvage my trip, so I didn’t care too much about how the truck looked at the end of the day, but that didn’t matter to them. Everything was stacked neatly, cleanly, safely, and securely. I would recommend them to anyone!
