Alina was the best! I’m very underweight and I wanted to gain more healthy weight but, I didn’t know what foods to eat. Alina really helped me with what foods should I eat to help me gain healthy weight and she also answered all my questions that I had about nutrition. I definitely recommend!May 20, 2019Verified
Alina is knowledgeable and provides great insights about eating habits and nutritionMay 30, 2019Verified
I have tried many methods to lose 10 pounds. I wasn’t looking to pay a large upfront sum I wanted to pay a reasonable one time price. I am self motivated and didn’t like the program prices. Alina was very reasonable and very practice. So far in two weeks I lost 3 pounds so I’m right on target! I like that I am not hungry on her plan. She gave me many options including easy snacks which helps me from feeling faint during the day and I’m losing weight! Great value. I had a complicated diet where she is was able to help and adjust for me. Great nutritionist! Thank youJun 6, 2019Verified

It's only been a short amount of time working with Alina, but I can already see the benefits. I was very hesitant about looking for a nutritionist, I thought they would be pushy or judgemental and not understand what I need. I felt completely at ease after our meeting, she was informative, understanding, and gives me just the right of amount of push. I'm glad I that I found her and would recommend her services.Jun 12, 2018Verified
Alina is good if you are really struggling with your diet and unhealthy cravings beyond control. She's also good for beginners who have absolutely little to no experience with eating healthy or cooking for themselves. It would be helpful if she improved her understanding of cultural foods more because not all Asian foods are fried or unhealthy as she noted. I've been raised with Asian food in and out of my home for over 20 years and can confirm that there's a variety of healthy dishes to choose from (assuming for ordering out, that it is coming from an authentic gourmet restaurant instead of fast food like Panda Express.) I mainly went to her seeking advice for cooking and better nutrition habits, which she delivered, although much of the information she gave was common knowledge amongst people who are fitness-crazed gym-goers such as myself. Improving her understanding of different cultural foods rather than generalizing it can help her strengthen her approach to nutrition coaching. Overall, I recommend Alina for anyone who is a total novice at nutrition seeking foundation and basic advice about where to start because she does well with that, and she is great with responsiveness and flexibility with time.Apr 15, 2019
