FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most immigration services that we offer are based upon a fixed fee retainer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome meeting with new clients in person in order to assess whether the attorney-client relationship is a good fit for the potential client as well as the firm. (However, I am open to meeting remotely and will sometimes make exceptions on a case by case basis.) New clients are asked to provide a factual background of their unique circumstances and to provide copies of relevant documents that relate to their individual case. After a thorough review of the issues, a retainer agreement is then executed and the new customer becomes a retained client of the firm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive background of courtroom experience through almost ten years of civil litigation practice. Simultaneously, I have worked on a variety of immigration cases involving, family and employment based visas, extraordinary ability, and citizenship.
