I had an excellent experience in working with Avi to sell my condo. From our first meeting, I had a pretty good idea this would be someone who would do their absolute best in maximizing value and our time on the market. Sure enough, by the end of the sale, I could look back and say I was absolutely correct about those assumptions. We were expertly staged within a matter of days, and sold within a little more than a week. On two occasions (during and after the sale), minor hitches arose, and Avi took care of them seamlessly.
