Introduction: at present I manage a half dozen properties in big bear/job includes complete maintenance and grounds keeping.This includes all plumbing and electrical repairs, i do remodels, install flooring,tile or whatever you have in mind, i love doing wallpaper and custom painting, such as rag roll an sponge. I paint houses do roofing,deck repair,sprinkler insulation,outside lighting, small ponds and waterfalls, in a nutshell i pretty much do it all.Im not crazy about cement work but i have built plenty of forms and in fact still have my curb an gutter trowels and at least one float.I have a hopper so texture is easy and more tools than i will ever need. I do great work with lots of customers that would never think of hiring anyone else until they run it by me first. Im almost always lower on bids and truly have a passion for what i do. Not everyone was born with a silver spoon in their mouth so i like being creative an artistic with not a lot of money..... thats me at my best.... need something done, property cleaned up,trees trimmed or removed,garage needs a dump run or water heater needs help just call you have nothing to loose and a lot to gain Homechekchuck
