FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know we are upfront about all our pricing and do not hide any fees or prices, and we inform them of how our pricing is broken down in each bid as well as anything that we will have to price down the road due to not having enough knowledge, for example if we need to check the sub floor for defects but there is another floor on top that needs to be removed before we can check the sub flooring status.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to begin our relationships with customers with open conversation, giving them both the good qualities and bad qualities of every product offered so they know everything they need too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing construction work including hardwood floors since I was 19 years old and started my own hardwood flooring company in 1989 and been doing wood floors since. I also learn from going to new product shows and also listening and reading others experiences when offered so that I can offer the best experience to my customers.
