Travis did a great job installing my new tankless water heater. Both my energy and water bill have gone down substantially. TMP is fast, clean and on time. I call them for all my Plumbing needs.

We have used Travis Martin Plumbing a few times within the last couple of years. They installed a tankless water heater and then disposed of our old one for us . We've also used them for repiping under the sink and they reconfigured our plumbing lines in one of the walls so we could install a built-in-the-wall bookcase. They were professional and friendly! Best construction type company I've ever hired.......I highly recommend TMP.

Travis and his crew were great to work with. He was on time for our initial meeting, his bid was fair and prepared in a timely manner. He showed up to start the work exactly on time and walked me through each step before he started so that everything we agreed to was fully understood. His crew was very polite and worked all day to replace the entire gas system in our home. I would recommend Travis Martin to anyone interested in quality plumbing work... and on top of that he's a nice guy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for service calls is $145/hr with a two hour minimum and 10% markup on parts if not supplied. Bigger projects are priced based on the needs of the customer (free of charge site visit and estimates provided) and are agreed upon before work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually go to the home or business to meet and talk with the customer in person about their project or problem. We give free quotes and work with them to schedule an ideal time to complete the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Travis Martin has over 15 years of plumbing experience. Travis and his crew are also professionally trained on Takagi tankless water heaters and PEX pipe installation.
