My husband met with multiple companies and obtained numerous bids. Sean was hands down the most responsive, knowledgable and extremely competitive in pricing. Without hesitation, he made multiple trips to our home as my husband changed his mind no less that 6 times and each time Sean was prompt in revising the bid, making suggestions and ensuring the process was enjoyable. The crew was extremely attentive to our project, actually starting earlier than expected (to my husband's delight!) and finishing before the estimated completion date (YAY!). The finished product is amazing and we are so glad we chose Elite Artificial Grass. The putting green is even better than we imagined!

After a botched job by a previous landscaper, I decided to do redo the area with artificial grass. I requested around 7 other quotes and believe me, it was quite an experience. However, what it did was reaffirm my choice in choosing Elite. They work quick and clean up very well. Their pricing was in line with other estimates I received. They really do try and earn your business. The consultant Eldridge and Benjamin (foreman) were great. They were responsive , knowledgable, and accommodating. Everything was very professional including the digital rendering and estimate. I believe it is important to choose an installer that has been in the business awhile and whose foreman is skilled. Im confident that the install went well as it looks picture perfect.

I'm an extremely picky shopper and always get multiple quotes when choosing a company. Eldridge accommodated my schedule and came out on a Saturday on-time and was extremely friendly and considerate. He showed us a wide array of products and gave us his honest, professional opinion on the most cost-effective product for us, based on our current and future needs. He worked efficiently while still listening to everything we wanted to do, to make sure it was all reflected in his quote.Elite Artificial Grass was the most professional, prompt, and courteous company out of the 3 companies that I had come out to give me a quote, and they ended up being the least expensive (by about 25%!!), so it was a no-brainer for us.On the day of the install, Ben, the foreman, reviewed all of the details with me and double-checked all of the measurements, then he and his crew got down to business. We were not home during the install, but when we came home we were blown away! Ben got everything, including all the details, and even swept up the adjoining concrete patio area next to the install. We couldn't be happier with the process! Thank you Elite Artificial Grass, for increasing our home's living space. The kids especially love eating lunch and dinner on the patio next to the beautiful backyard!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elite Artificial Grass offers very competitive pricing. We keep our overhead and operating costs to a minimum, so our customers don't have to pay top dollar for an installation. We also offer stackable promotions to help drive down the cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to you for a free design consultation where we will measure, sketch, take photos and listen to your ideas. We will make suggestions, show you turfs that fit your lifestyle and budget, and answer any questions that you may have about our company, crew and products. Our consultations take anywhere between 30 to 90 minutes depending on the size and complexity of the job, and the amount of questions you have. We take our time with you and give you the attention you deserve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elite's head foreman and crew have been installing turf since 2005. He was one of the first turf installers in Southern California. The owner of Elite, Sean, started in the turf business back in 2013 as the marketing director and operations manager in which he doubled their company size and tripled their revenue for a company called AGI. Sean still acts as a marketing consultant for AGI, but has put all of his attention, heart, and focus on Elite Artificial Grass & Outdoor Living.
