From start to finish this was a great company to work with. I sought quotes from several companies with almost none contacting me in return. Elite Artificial Grass (EAG) responded immediately. Their employee, Eldridge, came to my home to get all necessary information to draw up a quote. He was on time, very professional and polite. I had a lot of ideas floating around in my head for what I wanted. He said he would send me my quote that day, and he did. We went back a forth with different ideas to get the budget where I needed it, and still got what I wanted look wise. Eldridge really puts in the hours to ensure the clients are happy. We communicated both by email, text message, and phone. We finally set an install date. Eldridge contacted me a few days prior as they had a weekend project cancellation to see if we wanted to install sooner. We were so happy it worked for both parties. EAGs Employee Benjamin was in charge of the crew working the install. All of the individuals working on our property were wonderful. They were on time, very polite and very hard working. They finished eat afternoon, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We are so looking forward to spending time in our yard this summer. I would absolutely recommend working with this company.

I'm such a fan of Elite Artificial Grass! This is the second time l've had them out for an installation. Today we got a putting green added to our yard.They turned a completely dead space (it was all dirt) into a super attractive, usable, piece of our backyard. Can't wait to use this area.I reached out on Yelp last week, specialist David was out the very next day and answered all our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable. On install day, foreman Benjamin and his crew worked quickly, they were very kind, and they left my backyard spotless. Thank you to everyone at Elite Artificial Grass!

My back yard came out great. My family and I are greatly enjoying it. We did have a little back and forth to get the correct plan in place but the Owner made it right and we moved on the work quickly and end result is very good. Thank you.

Had my front and back yard done by this company and am very satisfied with their service. From the four quotes that I got they were the second lowest but the most professional of all. From Eldridge to the proposal and all the included information to the installation was top notch. So happy the way my house looks now.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elite Artificial Grass offers very competitive pricing. We keep our overhead and operating costs to a minimum, so our customers don't have to pay top dollar for an installation. We also offer stackable promotions to help drive down the cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to you for a free design consultation where we will measure, sketch, take photos and listen to your ideas. We will make suggestions, show you turfs that fit your lifestyle and budget, and answer any questions that you may have about our company, crew and products. Our consultations take anywhere between 30 to 90 minutes depending on the size and complexity of the job, and the amount of questions you have. We take our time with you and give you the attention you deserve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elite's head foreman and crew have been installing turf since 2005. He was one of the first turf installers in Southern California.
The owner of Elite, Sean, started in the turf business back in 2013 as the marketing director and operations manager in which he doubled their company size and tripled their revenue for a company called AGI.
Sean still acts as a marketing consultant for AGI, but has put all of his attention, heart, and focus on Elite Artificial Grass & Outdoor Living.
