- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep pricing transparent—travel fees start at $45 within Orange County and parts of Riverside and LA Counties, and notarizations are $15 per signature as required by California law. For loan signings, estate planning packages, or jail appointments, I provide flat-rate quotes up front so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After your request, I’ll reach out to confirm the type of document, location, and any ID requirements. I’ll walk you through the process, answer any questions, and make sure you feel completely comfortable before I arrive. My goal is to make notarization stress-free and efficient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned California Notary Public, NNA background screened, bonded, and carry E&O insurance. In addition, I am certified as a Loan Signing Agent and trained in estate planning signings, powers of attorney, and trust documents. I also have clearance to perform jail and hospital signings.
