About
We are a family owned and run business. We deeply value the relationships we have with our parents and students and strive to keep communication lines open and create a sense of community in our studio. Musical excellence is important to us with a large dose of fun added in. Our desire is for our students to learn and enjoy music as well as reach the musical goals and achievements they have set for themselves. We love seeing people grow-in music and just as a person! Since many of our students are children they are all at various crucial points in their emotional and intellectual development. They are discovering themselves and the world around them in new ways every day. What we love is nurturing those discoveries and helping them to unfold. When a student masters a new technique or piece, hits a rough spot and learns how to work through it, performs for his family and friends a recital etc. all of these moments are moments that have the power to form and define these young people. We know the weight a teacher can have in a child's life and feel honored and privileged to be a part of their development, exploration and growth.

Raymond C.

Hired on Thumbtack

David Vera, the CEO of this music company is very personable and helpful in accepting Raymond as a new student. Raymond's private instructor arrived on time in David Vera's home for the guitar lessons and he encouraged Raymond, a twelve year old student, in music. I highly recommend this music company to give guitar lessons to elementary students. We are grateful for their help.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for an instructor who you and/or your child LIKES. :) A huge way that teachers teach is by simply modeling what they are teaching. If you or your child doesn't like the instructor you/they are not going to want to be like them. Credentials and experience is important but make sure you're not sacrificing enjoyment for credentials or lessons will inevitably become a drudgery.
