- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually start with an hourly rate then compose a monthly package price for maintenance. People are surprised how much regular bookkeeping can help them make better business decisions and increase their bottom line.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically schedule a call with a potential client to see what systems they have in place of any, then provide a list of everything they will need to achieve their goals, we review expectations and deadlines. Once we agree on a plan I will send and agreement and we get started.
