- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't discount my work but I do make sure you're only paying for what you actually need. Some clients need a one-time strategy session. Others need ongoing support. We figure that out before any money changes hands. No pressure, no packages you didn't ask for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't start with a proposal. I start with a conversation. Fifteen minutes, no pitch, no pressure. I ask questions, you talk, and by the end we both know exactly what's broken and whether I'm the right person to fix it. If I'm not, I'll tell you that too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
