Francisco and Tatyana did amazing job. We had very tight timeline and they were able to estimate everything without visiting our house (planned to replace floors before we got keys). They did everything perfectly in time, excellent job, even replaced baseboards that was not in original estimate and timeline. Francisco did floor repair where needed, explained everything that needs to be done and finished job as promised. Thanks and I’ll come to them again for sure when it is time to replace floors in bathrooms.

I cannot say enough good things about Francisco. We had four separate contractors come attempt to fix a flooring issue left by a cabinet installer - none could fix it and the one that tried left a worse mess. Francisco seamlessly blended the repair and made the floors look like new. He is fantastic. Punctual and friendly too. I’m so happy and relieved to have this project fixed!! I’d give more stars if I could!

Tatyana and franscio did a wonderful job with our flooring. They worked with our timeline and budget. Communication was great, the workmanship was excellent, the time they took to remove tile and put in new flooring was just amazing. They completed the job well before the date they promised. They also saved us a lot of flooring materials.

Usually, I give maybe 2 or 3-sentence reviews for excellent service but I am compelled to add more detail as I'm extremely thankful that the project came out amazing...

This team is incredible... My fiance and I are first-time homeowners with 0 flooring experience and we're very lucky to have found Francisco, Tatyana, and Manuel. Francisco & Manuel are both very elite at their craft and Tatyana quarterbacks their team, responding instantaneously and thoughtfully to any ping or request.

We purchased our flooring materials from someone in San Jose on Facebook Marketplace and some pieces did not match the others (nightmare)... These guys had to solve a puzzle - working with different pieces, manufactured in different years, and with slightly different sizes... and they were STILL able to methodically overcome and deliver.

They saved us thousands $$$ of dollars as the flooring we required to match the rest of the house is no longer sold anywhere... We were in deep trouble if they couldn't go above and beyond to adjust the puzzle pieces to fit. Their prices are extremely fair, and the results required a good tip as the job surpassed all expectations (and saved us).

We wanted our dated downstairs to look as good as our upstairs but now the downstairs looks better!!! We're going to create another flooring project so we can work with them again! (if they are reading this we will get the correct materials next time ;)
