Jeff and his team at Neumeister & Associates are truly top notch. I originally found them because I was looking for a firm that had a working knowledge of how to account for cryptocurrency. They are experts in the field, and I can sleep better at night knowing that we have done everything by the books. They are very up front with what they charge (I'm not a fan of surprise bills, and they are awesome at keeping you in the loop) incredibly professional and thorough, and so easy to reach. Jeff is friendly and extremely smart and knowledgeable, but it doesn't stop with him. He has assembled a team of talented, experienced professionals who help with not just our crypto reporting, but also provide holistic support and advice for all aspects of our businesses and personal tax needs. Neumeister & Associates was the only accounting firm I could find that was able to not only parse through the incredibly complex, heterogenous data that resulted from years of cryptocurrency trading, but also find the optimal strategy to keep my tax obligation low despite the pretty unfair tax treatment that asset class has under current law. Jeff and the team are knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and conscientious; nothing but great things to say about them.

Our prices are set according to the need and nature of that individual business. Jobs start at $200 and up for bookkeeping services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we like to understand the clients exact needs prior to working with them. This way we can ensure we are a good fit for their needs. Therefore, all new clients undergoe an one-on-one evaluation call where we assess the needs of their business.

Our firm is ran by a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and MBA accountant with over 20 years of experience. that is staffed with individuals of all walks. Our team is QuickBooks Certified and has experience ranging from Big 4 to prestigious entertainment backgrounds.
