Arman was very punctual. He responded quickly to my request and arrived on time. I had ordered a new pendant light from West Elm and in trying to hang it myself had foolishly mangled the hanging wires. Arman, being a pro, fixed the wire snafu and hung my light with ease. Unfortunately, after he left I noticed the dimmer for the light wasn't working properly. Arman, dedicated to providing exemplary work, returned the next day to check all the wires again. When it was discovered the problem was coming from a faulty dimmer switch (not Arman's handy-work!), he set to fix the problem on the spot. My light was functioning like new within the hour. I'm very happy with the results.
