Am initial representative came to my home and looked at the repairs needed on the project. A contract was signed by both parties upon based upon extensive discussion. Then days later when the owner arrives to look at the project, they cancel it asking for much more money AFTER it's signed, saying it required much more work than agreed to. Unethical, unprofessional, and not recommended at all

New Dawn was great! Really enjoyed working with Roy and Sage. They coordinated all of the work necessary for our home after the constant storms in LA at the beginning of the year caused water damage and a huge leak. They found all the right people to do the mold remediation/testing, dry-out of the space, dry wall install, and painting. All of the subcontractors they provided to us were professional and great at what they did.
