John was hired by our Los Angeles law firm to be our mobile notary in Montebello. He truly was OUTSTANDING! He went above and beyond to get the job done. The signer didn't want to sign the document; said it was the wrong document. John asked the signer for the document he wanted to sign, went to Kinkos and emailed it to us. The attorney said okay. Then John met the signer again minutes later, got the signature and notarized it!!! It was urgent that we had to have it that day and John got the job done. He's great and will do all our future transactions!

Excellent service and communication; I needed summons issued by a court in Maryland served to the defendant in LA. I needed the proof of service used by this court notarized. I sent the scanned documents to John. He kept me abreast on all attempts to deliver the documents; even during a long weekend!!! Great job, extremely reliable, highly recommended.

Needed to issue a 30 day notice to a tenant. Mr. Jacobson delivered it in the time frame quoted, checked with me to see if a "nail and mail" would be acceptable, and sent me an e-mail copy promptly.
