I requested appointment at around 11:00am with short notice and Sarkis was available accommodate the same day appointment. He arrived on time at 2:30 pm and had all of the required tools to complete the task. He mounted my 65 inch TV in about 35 - 40 minutes the way I wanted and even cleaned up after himself.
