- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are typically lower than most Designers for the quality of attention you will receive. My pricing is based on the actual project, time it should take to execute, and estimated revisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a Free Consultation, I typically like to get to know the customer with a brief client survey. This will help me to understand his/her mindset and how the business functions. I will then do 20-30 sketches depending on the project, meet with client again to ensure it is what is wanted/needed, before moving on the the revised sketches or computer work. Once we have honed in on the concept, we make a few more revisions to the final. Customer is engaged the entire time and makes all proofs and decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Creative Writing, which allows me to catch body copy mistakes, coupled with education in Visual Communications. I use the top of the line industry standard software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and more).
