- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices on a per-page rate. I charge $2 per page, at 280 words per page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to make sure all questions are answered right from the beginning. We can do this through email, text, or phone call depending which will be the most convenient for my clients. I send a contract for your records once we are aligned with goals and then will begin working on the novel.
