Last summer, my husband and I decided to do some remodeling. We weren't sure where to begin, eventually we settled on starting with a complete gutting and remodel of the kitchen and office in the family room, as well as widening and lengthening a short set of stairs to the family room and began to call contractors and start getting estimates. I did not know where to start in changing the kitchen. Prosper Construction Development helped me to prioritize the decisions that needed to be made and made suggestions as to what to look for that could improve the layout which I love! As our kitchen, office area, and stairs neared completion, we realized we needed more done by this great team. We ended up having them raise our entry to level it out to the dining room, gut our laundry room, install crown molding, replace all the doors, including the front doors which required a raising of the front steps. Prosper and David both have so much knowledge between them and work so well together They painted all the kitchen cabinets, bar area, bathroom, laundry rooms, interior and front doors. I don't know how, but he fills all holes, matches all textures, and leaves everything looking brand new. It was a pleasure to have Prosper Construction in our home, so much so that we intend to do more asap! Thanks!

Our experience with the Prosper Construction Development crew was outstanding from start to finish. I interviewed plenty of other companies after our home suffered some water damage from a busted pipe between the kitchen and the hallway bathroom; our entire house, except the master bedroom, was flooded and they were the best fit. Prosper did an addition on my small Craftsman style home, moved the office to a different location and remodeled two bathrooms. Not only were we able to rebuild our home within the budget, but there were so many upgrades we were able to add; our home looks like an entirely new home. They did a beautiful job paying attention to every detail.

Adam & Prosper are an amazing team; kind, careful and thoughtful. The Prosper Construction crew remodeled my most recent project and they did an amazing job, they gutted the home and practically rebuilt it from inside out (including new configuration, electrical, and plumbing). I ended up proceeding with Prosper because their prices were pretty competitive, and mostly because of how informative and knowledgable they were. My fiancé was really adamant about having everything in the bathroom be symmetrical, so when the original floor plan didn't accommodate that, they essentially had to expand the plan to make it work. We ended up needed new hallway cabinets and a new bathroom partitioned into an existing room and windows make our house look so much better, it's amazing. I was initially hesitant to knocking down walls to expand the scope of the master bath, but Prosper construction development was able to come up with a design that looks amazing now it is completed.

We had recently purchased a house and needed a lot of construction work to be done so having someone trustworthy was very important to me. I met with 5 contractors and narrowed it down to 2. Prosper Construction really impressed me with their proposal and price breakdown but there were some things that really made Prosper stand out compared to the other contractor. He completely changed the layout of my kitchen and gave me an idea that none of the other contractors even mentioned and that was a big like for me. We also ended up updated the style in a downstairs half bathroom. Work included a kitchen remodel, master suite, bathroom and hardwood flooring throughout the house. I am a very picky person when it comes to changing things in my house, and I like the options that Prosper gave me. Prosper Construction is definitely a company that we will be using in the future and recommending them to anyone that needs remodeling. Thanks, you really saved us!

I recently moved into a house where everything needed to be remodeled. We started off by having my bathroom demolished and then remodeled. The lay out of the bathroom was uncomfortable and inconvenient. The owner of the company came to look at the bathroom and took measurements. That same day he designed a design before and after of what my bathroom would look like. From the demo, to the cabinet, flooring & other options we were able to choose from, now we have a beautiful bathroom that I didn't think we could do. The bathroom was demolished and re built in less than 3 weeks! I was never confused or unaware at any point of the project. With this company's pricing & attention to detail, we can't wait for our next project to do with them.
