FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
efore providing a quote, I like to see the home in person to understand its specific cleaning needs. Every space is different, and this helps me give a fair and accurate price based on size, condition, and the type of service requested. I offer a free, no-obligation visit to assess the home and discuss your cleaning goals. This way, you know exactly what to expect—with no surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start with a quick conversation to understand your priorities and any specific areas you’d like me to focus on. I also offer a free in-person visit to see the space and provide an accurate quote. On the day of the cleaning, I’m very respectful of your time and space—especially if you work from home. I’m happy to adjust where I start or how I move through the home to make things as easy and comfortable for you as possible. My goal is to deliver a thorough, stress-free clean that fits your routine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience speaks louder than words. I’ve been in the cleaning business for over 30 years, and I’ve built my knowledge, skills, and reputation through hands-on work and long-term client relationships. Some of my clients have been with me since the very beginning, which I believe says more than any formal training ever could. I understand how to care for different types of homes, surfaces, and cleaning challenges because I’ve done it all—with consistency, pride, and attention to detail.
