Super happy with my new gas log insert to my existing fireplace. It was great working with Joe to advise me on the best gas log unit for my L shape fireplace. Since the fireplace can be viewed from 2 sides, a see-thru unit was recommended. It looks very realistic and also puts out some nice heat in my living room. I thought the price was fair and communication was great throughout the process. I highly recommend this company!

He patiently walked me through options and recommended the **three-tiered burner**, which perfectly balanced efficiency and design. The ordering process was seamless, and though there was a three-week wait for installation, it was worth it.Jose and Louise arrived on the scheduled day, undeterred by the rainy weather. They meticulously laid down protective runners to keep my floors spotlessa small detail that spoke volumes about their professionalism. The installation itself was flawless; they worked efficiently, answered all my questions, and left no trace of mess behind.Now, my home is cozier than ever, thanks to the stunning new burner thats as much a visual centerpiece as it is functional.
