Super responsive during intense storm and active leak situation. Tackled our building's water intrusion problem on the first visit ! (This has been an issue for 2 years with multiple waterproofing contractors not able to determine root cause).

In an effort to alleviate any further water damage in your building and correct the remaining leaks we highly recommend a silicone roof sealant to entire roofing substrate. Nobel offers a 10 year workmanship warranty in addition to a manufacturer warranty of 50 years. With these two guarantees this may very well be the last roof you ever have to deal with! I had a dire situation: In the middle of a heavy rainy season in January 2019, my tenants informed me that water was dripping from their ceiling, right below a roof deck. I had reached out to a half dozen contractors via Yelp and from private referrals. Nobel Construction was one of the first to call back and Lana couldn't have been nicer on the phone. Igor, the owner, came out the very next day to have a look and had a crew on site the following day to take down sheetrock and diagnose the issue. By the third day, in a narrow window between the rain clouds, he had the deck sealed and a new drain installed. Since then the leak was gone, despite heavy rains for several weeks after. This was a situation where I needed urgent attention–ripe conditions for being taken advantage of–but Nobel was professional through and through, Igor is a veteran of his craft, knew what to do, showed up as promised and delivered high quality work executed expediently. Highly recommended.
