I recently saved a client quite a bit of money on tax preparation. Their CPA stated he had rarely seen books so "cleanly" prepared for him, that it saved him hours of work, which resulted in a lower bill for the client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who truly cares about helping you succeed, not just getting your business. Someone who listens is far more likely to handle your account with care than the person who talks over you, or is just interested in "signing you up".
