- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different pricing packages based on how many sessions you purchase. The prices range from $75 -$300. You also have unlimited communication w/ me via texts and phone calls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I like to do first is talk on the phone so I can gather more information by getting to know the client better and then we prioritize our wish list. We then come up with an agreeable time to meet and the training begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Catch Canine Trainers Academy w/ a certification in dog training and behavior. I also continue to volunteer at the local shelter where I teach basic commands and loose leash walking skills to help the pups become more adoptable. I also have had multiple dog walking/pet sitting businesses where I trained dogs to walk nicely on leash and help redirect jumping and barking .I also teach group puppy and adolescent classes at Perfect Puppy Academy in Newbury Park using positive reinforcement methods.
