He took my screens and never returned them. I have tried to contact him for over three months. He also came to clean my windows and didn't bring a ladder - he couldn't clean any of my upstairs windows. We agreed he would take the screens instead of repairing them on site as originally discussed; when he returned the screens he would clean the up-stairs windows. I am now selling the house and will need to buy NEW screens. This is a disaster! Beware.
Please know, other than this vendor I have had great success with the site.
