Thomas was very friendly, helpful, and thoroughly explained the process while trying to diagnose my issue. Turned out my water heater wasn’t the culprit, but it was helpful to rule out. Would recommend to anyone looking for help with their water heater and I would definitely book them in the future.

Technician Luke C. at The Water Heater Company is professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. He installed a new Bradford White water heater in Jan 2025 and accurately diagnosed a specific breaker failure on the electrical panel in Sep 2025. Kudos also to Service Coordinator Kariana who really cares about the customer. Co-owner Anthony Hamilton knows everything about water heaters and water systems do not hire any other company to install/care for your water heater. The Water Heater Company is the absolute BEST.

MARC WAS THE BESTTTTTT !!!!From the moment he came in he took his time to asses the problem. Once he found it he gave us our options and we proceeded. We had 3 other companies that came out and went with Marc ! He was the only one who opened up the unit to asses it. Everyone else just looked at it and said new unit. Every step of the way , he would tell us what he was doing! He answered ALL OUR QUESTIONS ! We will be using this company moving forward ! They are trustworthy, patient and HONEST above everything else ! Thank you x a million! They have the best employee! Marc!!
