Technician Luke C. at The Water Heater Company is professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. He installed a new Bradford White water heater in Jan 2025 and accurately diagnosed a specific breaker failure on the electrical panel in Sep 2025. Kudos also to Service Coordinator Kariana who really cares about the customer. Co-owner Anthony Hamilton knows everything about water heaters and water systems do not hire any other company to install/care for your water heater. The Water Heater Company is the absolute BEST.

This was not for me. Larry Poulton needed the service so I set it up for him. He was very happy and asked me to write a good review for the person that replaced his water heater. The guy did a great job and was polite, professional and patient with listening to Larry who had throat cancer and is difficult to understand when he talks.
