Our tankless water heater stopped producing hot water. This company was recommended and didnt disappoint. The technician was educated, explained everything in detail and fixed the problem. I will.be using them going forward and when the time come for a new unit, they will be the ones to install.

5 starsI needed to replace a 30 year old water heater. I contacted The Water Heater Company and they sent out Erik Z. 4 hours later I had a new Bradford White water heater professionally installed. Eric was knowledgeable, professional, and treated me like a King!

We called The WaterHeater Company as we saw water leak in the heater. Thomas arrived in an hour. Explained the problem and need for installing a new one as the old one was 13 year old. Was patient enough to go all over again to explain to my wife as she joined later.Offered the service to install in the same appointment and efficiently managed.Great service.
