John and Gustavo were very kind and prompt, and the price was fair. They did a good job on most of the windows. I think that they rushed at my house, due to "picking up an extra job" and perhaps miscommunicated with each other, but the sliding door tracks and the frames of the slider were not done. When I went out to ask John to finish, he did a part of the track, but still did not complete the job. I proceeded to do the unfinished part myself. Also, the glass dog door was not properly done either. In the alley, there was some black sticky substance on the outside window frame. Rather than attempt to get it off, it was just left there. The rest of the people that had their windows done, seem to have been fine with the job.

First thank you for the four other homes you got for us to do the same day, they did say the were very happy with their windows, and when we left I thought you had been too. Please accept my apologies for missing the sliding door tracks, and the spot on the back ally bathroom exterior frame. As for being rushed the extra client was done before our Appointment with you, so I can't even use the excuse rushed. I just plain missed it. I did though tell you as I tell everyone if you see something we missed you have 7 days call me and we'll get right back out. I wish you had.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they pay their helpers well, to many pay minimum and have a lot of turn over and short time employees. You want a service that has little turnover because you're already asking a stranger into your home, you definitely don't want that persons helpers strangers to the service owner.
