Introduction: Campbell, California
I’m passionate about aquariums and serving the community. I’m always learning how to do better.
Each tank is a living work of art.
Each tank cannot be repeated.
Each tank has its own character.
I’m ready to assist you to get you to the aquarium that you’ve always wanted.
Never do large water changes more than 40%. This will change your pH in the wrong direction. Acidic tanks are good for fish.
I am currently doing service packages for one year or for six cleanings with a 15% discount paid upfront. For new tanks, 6 to 12 cleanings in the first year are recommended.
I charge $1.00 per gallon for freshwater and $1.25 per gallon for saltwater. Small filters and internal filters cleanings are $25, canister cleanings are $50 every time, and sump cleanings are $75 every time. Water testing is covered. Due to the gas prices, there is an extra $35 travel charge outside Santa Clara County. There is a one time assessment fee of $100.
I also offer ROI water at the same rates, $1 per gallon for fresh and $1.25 per gallon saltwater.
I'm learning that we cannot cut corners in the aquarium journey. There will be ups and downs but like in life we must keep going in order to succeed!
My guarantee of work is that I will refund any reasonable amount for my mistakes or misjudgment regarding fish or equipment. I want to do things right and get them right. Refunds should be issued within 10 days or by arrangement.
Tank set up and consultations are $800 for freshwater and saltwater tanks. This is to have me help you start a tank from nothing to a having beautiful aquarium set up! The average cost for a freshwater system is $1500 plus or minus and for a saltwater system $2500 plus or minus depending on various factors.
I also offer tank rentals. Please inquire.
QUICK TIPS:
Test your good bacteria for ammonia before use as they may have been exposed to heat and have gone bad. And store in refrigeration.
Emergencies: Whenever there are emergencies use the PRIME brand water conditioner. It will neutralize all dangerous chemicals in the tank (Ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, chlorines).
Reminder: Please replace carbon monthly and clean canister filters when they get too dirty.
Using an automatic feeder is best. Overfeeding is a major factor in fish loss.
Chemipure is a great product that I found that works well to help keep all tanks healthy.
I am currently offering to provide soil, an automatic feeder, and even bubbler to all my customers as a service.
Thank you! See
