Robert and Raz, the general contractors, made the entire process smooth and stress-free.From the start, they provided accurate estimates and turned them into a well-planned, timely project. We contracted Casa Utopia for a maior renovation (complete kitchen remodel, addition of another bedroom, flooring, upgraded electrical) of our SFH in 2024. They understood our requirements and budget and came up with architectural and structural design plans. In this process they were very patient and refined the plans until we were completely satisfied. They also helped us with getting the required permits and design approval from the city.We also had help from their in house interior designers who recommended finished materials(flooring, cabinets, paints, hardware) and sourced the them from reliable vendors. Once all permits were available the team at Casa Utopia were very efficient in implementing the design. The project was managed professionally and there was very good communication between us to ensure that the work gets done in time, within budget and good quality. I would definitely hire them for my future project and recommend them to others who want a worry free experience in remodeling their house.

We recently completed a full bathroom remodel and added a skylight, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Robert was amazing to work with - he managed the entire project with great communication and attention to detail.
What really made the process seamless was having an in-house interior designer and labor team. It made everything so much easier and more efficient. The Casa Utopia team also went above and beyond to help source the very specific materials I wanted, and the final result turned out absolutely stunning.

It is now two weeks out from Casa Utopia completing our home remodel project. We are absolutely delighted with the work and outcome.The scope of our project went from simple hardwood floor replacement and painting of three rooms, to a complete bathroom remodel which included the relocation of water supply and drains.Raz was our Project Manager. He maintained open lines of communication, explained every step, and kept the project moving. Previously, our other bathroom remodel took 10 weeks (different contractor). Raz had this bathroom project finished within 4 weeks (with an additional week for the flooring replacement of the other rooms). We never felt this was a side project for them. The team was at our house every morning at 8am, and put in solid hours to get our project completed.As for quality, things I notice, all the grout lines are straight (wall and floor), the hardwood flooring was cut evenly (no jagged edging), texturing of the walls matches the walls that were not modified. We have consistency throughout.We need to also mention and thank Nicole, who was our designer. She was very patient every time we changed our mind on a design element. Her quick turn-around on the CAD drawings helped my wife visualize the final project. This gave us the confidence that we were not going to regret any aspect of the final product.If we had to do this over, we would choose Casa Utopia again. We have already recommended them to several friends.

The bathroom is spectacular. Soooo much nicer than before Casa Utopia Builders Inc Magic. I really appreciate everything you did and how you presented yourself to us. Professional. Friendly. Trustworthy. I felt comfortable with you and thus business agreed and completed. I personally thank you Your guys were awesome. I felt comfortable with them. They kept me informed and in the loop. Jonny O. was excellent. For example it appeared the large lighted medicine cabinet had a crack across the main mirror. I processed a return and ordered a new one. Jonny realized it was glue from packing not cleaned off. He cleaned it. Brand New! I canceled the new order. I canceled the cancellation. One of many examples. I will do business with you again!
