Cube Construction was definitely who I was hoping to hire, they worked hard and was very detailed with their work ethics. We didn't get to have everything finished as planned, but will be finished this week, for 1BDR. /Bathroom, and a few closets, washroom and some corner wall trim. I have PAID IN Full on 05/04/2024 per agreed upon Invoice and have full confidence and faith in getting this completed based on their integrity.
I would definitely hire them again in the future for other house projects, as well as recommending to friends and family. We just need to finish up this one, hopefully this week by end of week 05/11/2024. I Rate Cube Contruction a (10+) ******.

Responsive, on time and did much better work than our last thumbtacker... He was able to fix the problem. Best price out of ~5 pros.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on project-based pricing only. Costs are determined by scope, design complexity, materials, permits, inspections, and construction timeline. All pricing is provided in a detailed written estimate. No hourly or handyman work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to define project goals and scope. This is followed by site evaluation, design coordination if required, material selection, and a detailed project estimate. Once approved, we handle permits, scheduling, and full project management through completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional construction education combined with extensive field experience. Fully licensed, bonded, and insured in California as a General Contractor, managing structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes.
