- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more committed you are, the more cost effective the price. So sit down, think about how much this goal really means to you and see how much time, effort and grit you can sacrifice to achieve this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation call via zoom, we talk about your goals and your desired outcomes throughout our time frame. We then discuss your current lifestyle, to understand what challenges might arise in your journey. Then comes the 1 on 1 meetings. Depending on your choice, we either see each other 2 times a week or 4 times a week. During these sessions, we will have a warmup, a workout, a stretching cool down all done in an hour. We train together, learn about each other, and work towards your desired goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold 2 Personal Training certifications (ISSA & NASM). I work with a nutrition coach that is certified by the Transformation Academy. I played professional and high level football (soccer) in Europe, Asia and Australia. I coach group classes on the side, and work very well with individuals who are coachable.
