- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 30-minute in office free consultation for new clients. This provides the opportunity for the client to ask any tax question they want and get the answer for free. And, it gives me the chance to review the client's financial/tax information. Pricing for services with depend on services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for a copy of the last tax return filed so I can review and assess the complexity of the return and provide estimated cost range. Clients can upload documents to our firm's secure web portal where we can both access. Some clients prefer to drop off documents by the office which also works.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant and operate my own practice since 2012. Prior to 2012, I worked for High Tech industry in Silicon Valley as Controller for 12+ years.
