Chris did a OS install, installed an auto back up system to my 2nd hard drive, hardware check and a basic clean up on my very old XP system..... He did sell me an older Dell Tower which he tested as 'super fast' but I have found this is not the case. It is frustrating as he said he would clean up XP and get this thing running and it would be good for a few more years. It's definitely slower than my previous tower. I may be mistaken but I think for the work he had to do 8 days was stretching it.... That he was willing to come to my home was great -he also did a remote change on my system which was easy for us both. Also, if I encounter any problems or issues he is cool enough to let me contact him about anything and step up to any issue with no charge. It is somewhat of a challenge to contact and get a response from him in a timely manner. He is friendly and flexible. He seems super busy so slowing down a bit to focus would be good! A lot of popup ads were removed from my computer and it was made faster and cleaner, but one of the chief problems was not fixed - Adobe shockwave flash continued to freeze my Chrome browser. I finally gave up on chrome and switched to firefox.Nov 7, 2014Verified
