-Find out what you need or what the problem is. Come up with a solution that includes prevention of future issues. Implement the solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Constantly looking up what's new and how to use it. This is a must for all IT professionals. If you do not you will fall behind quickly.
