FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the complexity of your tax, accounting, or advisory needs. We provide transparent, fixed-fee pricing whenever possible, so you know exactly what to expect before work begins. As a welcome offer, new clients who engage us for tax preparation, bookkeeping, or advisory services may receive a $100 credit toward their first service (minimum engagement applies). Our goal is to deliver accurate, high-quality work and strategic guidance that provides far greater value than the fee itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to understand your goals and identify your needs. After that, you will receive a secure portal to upload documents and complete a short questionnaire. Once we review your information, we will provide a clear proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and fees. Throughout the engagement, we maintain clear communication and keep you informed at every step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Enrolled Agent (EA), a federally authorized tax practitioner licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to prepare tax returns and represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. I am also a California Tax Education Council (CTEC) Registered Tax Return Preparer (CRTP) and a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS). In addition, I hold a Master of Accounting (MAcc) degree and have more than 15 years of public accounting experience, including serving as a Tax and Accounting Manager at a respected CPA firm in California. I have also completed extensive training and earned multiple certificates in taxation, accounting, bookkeeping, and financial advisory services, enabling me to provide comprehensive support to individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses with a wide range of financial and tax needs.
