FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a free initial consult via a virtual meeting or phone call to get a sense of where the student is at in the college process. Once I’m able to assess where help is needed, we typically get to work right away and come up with a timeline and regular check ins to ensure we stay on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University. I’ve worked as a college admission counselor at several colleges and as a college counselor at multiple high schools, so I have experience on both sides of the desk. I am also a member of professional organizations, such as NACAC (National Association for College Admission Counseling) and WACAC (Western Association for College Admission Counseling).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with high school students from all grade levels. Students I’ve worked with have attended a diverse group of colleges, from UC’s and CSU’s, to Ivies like Harvard and Yale, to big publics like Michigan, University of Texas, and University of Washington, to private colleges like NYU, Boston University, Tulane, and UChicago. I’ve also worked with students who study in other countries, such as the UK.
