Pricing depends on tile type, layout complexity, and prep work. I provide clear, upfront estimates and don’t add hidden fees. Discounts may apply for larger projects, but I focus on quality - craftsmanship comes first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by assessing the space and discussing design preferences. Then I provide a detailed estimate with timeline. I handle all prep work, precise layout, cutting, installation, and finishing touches like grout and sealing. I always review the completed work with the customer to make sure they are completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained under professional tile installers and completed advanced courses in tile techniques, layout, and waterproofing. I also stay updated on new materials, adhesives, and industry standards to ensure high-quality results.
