Introduction: I provide martial arts instruction in a private one-on-one and small group training format. I began my study of martial arts while I was very young in 1974. I hold black belt ranking in a number of different arts. After much study and thought, I created the art of Zen Do. Zen Do is a blend of the best elements of all the arts I have studied. Zen Do is a constant process. Evolve from one level to another. To live is to learn, and with learning, we grow.
