Alan did an amazing job and was extremely knowledgeable. He was very honest, capable and wasn’t trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was actually working to save me money by recommending more effective ways to complete a future job that we will be needing for our bathroom remodel. From my very first interaction with the Pure Pro Plumbing team until they completed the last detail of the project, I was impressed by the quality of their communication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. It started with the initial back and forth with Nathan on Thumbtack. He thoroughly answered my questions and took time to explain what the issue problem my recirculation pump was by reviewing photos and my explanation of the issues. He dispatched Jesse from his team to my home to resolve the issue. Jesse was absolutely great to work with. He took time to understand and diagnose the issue. Turned out the recirculation pump was installed completely wrong. He had to replace the recirculation pump, multiple valves, and replumb parts of the system. He took time to walk me through my options and the causes of the problem. He even recorded a video of how to program the recirculation pump. Additionally, Jesse also replaced a washing machine angle stop after the old one corroded into the open position and the cartridge in my shower to stop constant dripping. Throughout all of this work, Jesse displayed high attention to detail, a knack for problem solving, constant professionalism, and a deep pride in his work. Next time I have a plumbing issue, no need to go looking for a plumber. I'm calling Pure Pro right away.

First of all, I was upset about paying over $2,000. I am happy with Nathaniel M. from Pure Pro Plumbing: He can fingerspell. He forgot how to communicate with me because he didn’t keep up practicing ASL. He can understand me, which made my day. He was willing to help me out by switching the faucet system in the right position. That’s great. In spite of the fee, I’m happy to work with him in the future.

Pure pro plumbing did an excellent job! The shower cartridge they were going to replace had it's day. The whole shower valve needed to be cut out and replaced due to the old cartridge was flat out frozen and not budging after being in there for 50+ years. They had to regroup a couple times and got the job done. I'm very happy and highly recommend Mathsn and his team. You would be crazy not to hire them😀

I do free estimates, but I try my best not to give a price over the phone because there’s nothin to worse than hearing one price over the phone and then getting a different price when the plumber actually sees what’s going on.

Lots of communication, free estimates, and lots of jokes!

I started under a master plumber over seven years ago working seven days a week.
