Such a great experience! Nick came out within a few hours and got everything taken care of quickly. I recently had a water filtration project installed at my home, and Pure Pro Plumbing, specifically technician Nick Stathas, helped with the installation. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
Nick was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about water filtration systems. He took the time to walk me through the entire setup, explain how everything works, and answer all of my questions in detail. He made sure I understood how to operate and maintain the system so that I can get the best performance and longevity from it.
His workmanship was outstanding. Nick paid close attention to every detail, ensured all components were installed correctly, and kept the work area clean and organized. The installation was completed efficiently, and everything was tested thoroughly before he left.
Since the installation, the water quality in my home has been noticeably better, and it’s made a real difference in our daily use. I’m very happy with both the results of the project and the level of service I received.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do free estimates, but I try my best not to give a price over the phone because there’s nothin to worse than hearing one price over the phone and then getting a different price when the plumber actually sees what’s going on.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of communication, free estimates, and lots of jokes!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started under a master plumber over seven years ago working seven days a week.
