Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have been in the legal field since 1980, so I am familiar with several areas of the law. The majority of my focus is in the areas of bankruptcy and family law. Filing for Chapter 7 is a good solution when your debts are overwhelming to you and the creditors are constantly calling. With our firm's help, you can regain control of your finances and begin again to establish better and wiser choices when it comes to your credit. We are here to help our clients permanently eliminate the debts you can't pay, put you on a new track to improving your credit score and allow you to keep certain assets including your home and your car. Chapter 7 will eliminate repossessions, personal loans, medical bills and credit cards. Wage garnishments can end, judgment liens can be removed and bank levies can be recovered. Once the Chapter 7 process has commenced, there will be no more harassment or worries about being evicted, having your wages garnished, or other negative consequences of large debt. With regard to your bankruptcy, I will represent you from the initial proceeding all the way through the bankruptcy discharge. I do not "add in" additional charges like many attorneys do. I personally attend the Creditor's Meeting with you and will always be available to answer your questions or concerns. Having done numerous bankruptcy cases, I understand that deciding whether or not to file a bankruptcy and what type of bankruptcy proceeding to go with, can be difficult and emotional as well. I am here to assist you with making those decisions and to help you with a new start. With regard to family law, I practice in all areas - divorces, legal separations, mediations, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and spousal and child support. Going through a dissolution proceeding can be one of the most difficult times of your life. I am with you all the way through the proceeding and do not let my staff take over your case. I keep my clients informed on the status of their case and explain the law to them so that decisions can be made based on both factual and legal knowledge. I have many good reviews on AVVO. COM and hopefully soon, I will have just as many reviews here.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When deciding which attorney to retain, it is important to remember that you are trusting this person with a problem which is often very emotional to you. Therefore, a "connection" with your attorney is very important. Also it is important to look for an attorney who is willing to spend the time to help you understand the legal process and the law so that you do not feel that you are in "the dark" or alone dealing with your situation. Understanding the law also helps you make better decisions about how you wish to proceed.
