Woofies had top notch service starting from the top.

Katie followed up via call with my Thumbtack request, she had all the answers and details right at the helm. I really liked the up front pricing, details, and professionalism.

It was my first response, so I eagerly waited more responses to shop, but… nothing other than Woofies within the rest of the day.

I followed up the next day and scheduled the service I needed! They took all my information and any specific needs for my pup! They got me in a. Day earlier than I expected, which was amazing.

Fast forward to the service day and Terri arrived, greeted me and Dante at my door, she took him and to their truck and got things handled! She set expectations that she exceeded and we thoroughly enjoyed our service.

Bringing him back to me was great! It was his first time with a service like this and the Woofies team made sure that it won’t be my last! She went though the process, his status, and any recommendations.

All in all, This was a great experience for my first time… ever… getting my dog groomed. Definitely scheduling them again as needed!
