Floor Coverings International Installed vinyl plank flooring in my entire condo. The flooring that was there previously was from 1977 and it was tough to demolish. What was even tougher was that I was doing a complete remodel and they had to come out and demolish the existing flooring, and then wait three months before installing the new flooring. All through this process, Travis, the owner, and Lisa, his assistant were gracious, helpful and always willing to pick up the phone and find out what we needed and answer any questions that we had.I wanted to use local vendors for my remodel project and they are one of the best!

"Travis was very professional, personable, attentive and came to give me an estimate within hours despite his busy schedule. He answered all of my questions after helping me to find the flooring I liked. It was exceptional to be able to see the flooring in my living area which helped me to make a decision. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically aren't the cheapest option because we only carry high quality materials with warranties to help your floors last longer. We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
